Team Manager, £43.01ph, Intervention & Planning, Barnet
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Manager to work within Family Services. This role will manage a busy long term children's social care team. The successful candidate must have sufficient experience of managing a long-term team (Child Protection, Child in Need, Court Work).
Key requirements:
- SWE registered.
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification children and families work.
- 2 years Statutory work, including child protection.
- Post qualifying supervision of SW's or students.
- Basic training in management competencies
- Children Act/Child Protection Training
