We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cleaning Team Leader to join a superstore in Central Birmingham. The successful candidate will be flexible to work shifts across a 7 day week, maintain high standards of cleanliness and have proven experience cleaning and leading a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of around 10 people
- Organising shift patterns to meet business requirements
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- Cleaning and maintaining the premises to a high standard
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Good communications skills
- Team leading experience
- Great organisational skills
- Initiative due to having to make decisions and lead a team.

Hours of work for the Cleaning Team Leader are varied between Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 16:00pm however there is the opportunity of flexible working.
The rate of pay for the successful Cleaning Team leader is £12.99 per hour.
