The client is a cutting-edge financial services and technology company operating in the UK and EU, known for its innovative approach to trading, including subscription pricing models and advanced exchange infrastructure. The firm is a challenger in the financial markets, offering both primary listings and secondary trading of equities, as well as licensing proprietary technology globally.

Description

  • Day-to-day maintenance and operation of exchange platforms.
  • First-line support, including handling phone calls and help desk queries, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and internal escalation.
  • Managing security reference data for all platforms.
  • Collaborating with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales to monitor live operations.
  • Raising and deploying changes to support platform operations and compiling reports on any outages.

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience as a Support Analyst - FIX Protocol Specialist or a similar role. They will have in-depth experience of FIX Protocol, skills in SQL and exposure to UK and EU equity markets including understanding of trade lifecycle.

Job Offer
