Lettings Negotiator Coventry
- Full time (including Saturdays on a rota and a day off in lieu), permanent
- Basic salary of £25,000 per annum + Commission
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable property options.
Communication and Contact
- Prioritise leads and maintain regular client communication.
Property Viewings
- Organise and conduct property viewings.
- Provide detailed property information during viewings.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Engage in administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in Lettings or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Estate Agency software.
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-orientated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
