Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base within the Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering sectors.
- Candidate Placement: Partner with the resourcing team to ensure successful placement of high-quality candidates.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
- Performance Targets: Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets, contributing to both personal and company success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on permanent placements.
- Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
