Are you a Construction Project Manager or similar from an Electrical background looking for a dynamic role within a growing company who offer the chance to autonomously lead varied commercial projects and to progress through to senior leadership?
This tight-knit company work on Construction projects around London and the South East working on fit-outs, refurbs and varied other projects across the Commercial sector. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team with a new Project Manager.
In this varied role you will be responsible for seeing commercial projects from inception through to completion. You will have the autonomy to lead projects as you see fit as you are responsible for on time and within budget delivery in addition to liaising with clients, contractors and site teams. This is a hybrid role with site visitation across London and the South East.
This exciting role would suit a Construction Project Manager from an Electrical background looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a tight-knit company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.
The Role:
- Lead varied Electrical Construction projects across the Commercial sector
- Work on fitout, refurb and similar projects
- Work within the PM team, and liaise closely with clients, leadership and subcontractors
- Responsible for delivery on time and within budget
- Flexible and Hybrid working available
