What you'll be doing

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will manage the configuration, customisation, and upkeep of the Salesforce environment. This includes handling user accounts, permissions, data security, and implementing complex workflows, reports, and dashboards. Utilising your robust Salesforce expertise, you'll streamline processes, improve user experience, and ensure the platform aligns with business needs.

This role will have comprehensive oversight of Salesforce across all business areas collaborating with users and senior stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Your role includes supporting system enhancements, integrations, and data migrations. You'll stay updated on Salesforce features, manage system upgrades, and provide end-user training. By maintaining a scalable, secure, and aligned Salesforce platform, you'll leverage Salesforce to drive business growth and transformation.
