Sales and Marketing Director – Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid / Remote)

Are you an ambitious Sales and Marketing Director with an exciting mix of skill, confidence and strategic vision who can develop and deliver exceptional growth strategies for this stellar law firm?
You will be a proven Sales and Marketing Leader with a background of at least 7 years+ in executing successful sales and marketing campaigns and plans within a legal or professional services sector, along with a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field.
You will be innovative and solutions orientated, showcasing critical and analytical thinking, strong leadership and team motivation skills, along with excellent communication, negotiation and project management ability. If you also have experience with technology, that will be desirable.
The Sales and Marketing Director will have responsibility for driving forward business growth, enhancing brand awareness and cultivating strong customer relationships.
You will be covering the following key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and marketing campaign design and management
- Sales and marketing systems improvement
- Business development and client relationship management
- Sales leadership and team mentoring and performance motivation
- Market and industry trend analysis, including sales forecasting and management reporting
- Budget management
