Location: London, UK

Harmonic is delighted to partner with a leading AdTech scaleup based in London as they look to bring in a Senior Data Analyst to contribute towards the growth of their well-established data team (currently at 10 headcount).

As one of the fastest-growing companies within the AdTech space, our client offers a host of opportunities, with a clear progression pathway to managing and growing a team within the data analytics department.

They have a super cool office in central London and work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).

**Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis efforts to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Create, manage, and automate detailed dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to define data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other statistical analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise ad strategies.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data tools, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AdTech analytics.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the AdTech or digital marketing industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation in large-scale databases.
  • Strong expertise in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests and other experimental analyses.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques is a plus.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
