Soft Services Manager - Peterborough
Up to £42,000 per Annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday role!
We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based at Crown Bevcan in Peterborough.

Service lines include cleaning, security and catering
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee all site services
- Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
- Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements
- Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
- Manage budget and deliver value for money.
- Compile monthly finance reports.
About you:
- 3 years+ experience in Multi service lines Soft FM inc. cleaning and security essential
- Experience in Catering is ideal
- Non-frontline SIA licence essential
