Location: Birmingham

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 basic with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (with possible flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to expand the client base.
  • Candidate Recruitment: Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in suitable roles, ensuring a high match quality for both clients and candidates.
  • Sales and Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development and client relationship management.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
