Social Value Partner - Hybrid

The Social Value Partner is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's social value strategy. This includes developing and implementing innovative social value projects and initiatives across the business including ESG, CSR & ED&I.

You will work closely with the Bid Writing Team responsible for writing the ESG/CSR Element of client bids ensuring that commitments/projects in the business are delivered.

The company is a leading provider of business services, employing over 450 people across multiple sites. With a commitment to social value, sustainability and ED&I, the company is seeking to expand its Human Resources team in Leeds with the addition of a Social Value Partner.

Description

  • Develop and implement the company's social value strategy managing budgets
  • Identify and drive innovative social value projects
  • Writing the ESG/CSR element of client bid documents
  • Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including charity's, public sector clients
  • Monitor and report on the impact of social value initiatives
  • Promote the company's commitment to social value internally and externally
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate social value into business operations
  • Support the wider Human Resources team as required
  • Keep abreast of changes in social value legislation and best practice
  • Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Profile

A successful Social Value Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or ESG, CSR or ED&I
  • Knowledge of Public Sector TOMS and Social Value Framework
  • Creative writer with attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of social value legislation and best practice
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
