A European Digital Marketing/digital media business that is the market leader in its field is looking for a Sales Director in London. This is a newly created role which will see you take responsibility for driving sales, leadership and delivering the strategic plan for Europe.
As Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing global strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
- Preparing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement and align with functional plans
- Defining and communicating clear targets in line with market opportunities.
- Overseeing key account strategies to ensure YOY growth and build strong client relationships.
- Implementing best practices for client engagement and retention.
- Conducting regular reviews to assess client satisfaction.
- Managing the global team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Providing leadership and direction to foster a high-performance culture.
- Managing the cost of sales within budgetary guidelines.
- Measuring and optimising service delivery through campaign controlling related to sales activities.
- Lead management for the global team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
We're looking for a Sales Director with:
- Strong and successful sales delivery in digital marketing, digital publishing, e-commerce or similar industry
- Outstanding leadership skills with proven experience of building high performance teams
- Drive and ambition to develop personally to a more senior role
- Highly developed interpersonal and commercial skills
The role is to be based at London Docklands (hybrid) with regular European travel.
