The Role
In this position, you'll work within the Support Team, delivering exceptional service to a variety of clients. If you're passionate about technology and dedicated to client success, this is the role for you. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, providing expert support, and aligning IT infrastructure with each client's unique needs.
What the Client is Looking For:
- Experience with PC & Laptop Hardware
- Proficiency in Windows Desktop & Server Operating Systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 support
- Familiarity with security tools (AV/EDR, spam/web filtering)
- Basic networking skills (DHCP/DNS)
- A security-conscious mindset
- Stellar customer service skills
Bonus Points for:
- A valid UK driver's license
- Experience with ITIL and Mac OS
- Firewall/router experience
- Previous experience in an MSP environment
