We have a great opportunity for experienced Civils Operatives based in the Wiltshire area.
Reporting to the Civils Supervisor, you will have experience working with various excavation machinery and equipment. A working knowledge of manhole and cabinet installations and an understanding of the challenges faced when building new infrastructure across multiple terrains.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Drive & Operate excavation machinery and equipment.
- Manhole installations.
- Construction and installation of telecom cabinets.
- Identify issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain machinery.
- Work within Health and Safety requirements.
- Provide training for new team members.
The Ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of industry (telecoms or Utilities) experience.
- NRSWA Operative Accreditation
- CSCS Card
- Must enjoy physical work in all weathers.
- Team player.
- Prior experience working across multiple terrains.
- Full UK Driving Licence (No more than 6 points)
- B&E Licence (Advantageous)
