As the Head of Fire you will be:
- Protecting property and assisting activities and arrangements in order to take care of specific safety systems
- The associated design, installation,and maintenance of passive and active fire protection measures
- Bring a wealth of housing related asset management and property maintenance, compliance and fire safety management
- Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations
Experience and qualifications:
- Experience of fire safety enforcement procedures and audits is essential for this role
- A good understanding of passive and active fire protection measures
- HNC/D in Building related subject
- Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety or Fire engineering
- Membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers or an equivalent membership body
