They are looking to continue on this growth trajectory and are keen to speak with experienced consultants with a proven 360 billing record in a similar market - to step in and begin leading their own team to assist with their aim of generating the world's best recruiters.
The Requirements: Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Minimum 12 months 360 experience in a technology staffing market
- Working towards personal and professional goals
- Business Development and account management experience

The Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approach.
- Screening candidates over the phone.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process.
- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets.
- Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche.
