Day to Day of the Role:

- Collect and verify detailed product and pricing information from various sources.
- Manage the office inbox, ensuring all customer emails are responded to with precision and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for our sales department, managing incoming calls with prompt and courteous service.
- Develop and apply complex Excel formulas to derive accurate quote calculations, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
