Customer Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to delivering exceptional service and support to our client's customers in a B2B calling environment. The successful candidate will be actively making outbound calls to renewal clients and taking ownership of specified corporate accounts. This position is offered full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 day per week from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service and account management to enhance sales volume with small dealer customers
  • Achieve sales targets through renewal activities for our administered brands
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and the National Programmes Manager
  • Take ownership of specific corporate account customers, managing their sales activities and processes
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with customers
  • Respond to dealer-related queries via inboxes and inbound calls
  • Manage the renewal pipeline efficiently using CRM systems
  • Assist the field-based team in booking dealer appointments
  • Maintain accurate data records

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service and sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector (desirable)
  • Friendly and professional attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
