Customer Service Manager
Location: Borehamwood, WD6
Salary: £30K-£35K
Hours: Full Time
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to support its fast paced and changing environment.
The role requires excellent time management, organisational skills and a solution-focused approach. Operating within a tightly knit team with strong interpersonal dynamics, the ideal candidate should be sociable and enjoy contributing to a positive office environment. This is a fantastic multifaceted role which encompasses Customer Escalations, Vendor Management, Internal process management & Project Management.
Customer Service Manager - Responsibilities
Escalation Management
- Client escalations - Private & Confidential in nature
- Escalations - lesson learned/debrief/documented
- Team Escalations - Triage
- Internal Stand ups - booking meetings/agendas/inviting the right people/follow-ups - facilitate
Vendor Management
- Queries/escalations - contacts and understanding the way to get an answer
- Major incidents
- Commercials - finance person to assist.
- Relationships- booking meetings/agendas/inviting the right people/follow-ups
Directors
- Ad Hoc support to directors as required
Customer Service Manager - Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and well-established organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Be proactive and a problem solver
- Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
- Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills would be a bonus
- Ideally, be interested in technology and learning the business functions
- Experience working in a fast-paced business
- Experience in Project Management may be beneficial
