Zachary Daniels are currently partnered with an exciting and emerging powerhouse in the beauty industry as they looking for a new Ecommerce Manager. As the Ecommerce Manager, you'll be at the heart of the beauty brands digital strategy, driving online sales growth and ensuring our customers enjoy a flawless shopping experience. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven, data-savvy professional with a background in beauty or luxury e-commerce. You'll collaborate with the marketing, creative, and logistics teams to elevate our digital storefront and maximise sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape the Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to boost sales, improve customer retention, and enhance user experience.
  • Lead Website Excellence: Oversee the daily management of the website, ensuring it's always performing at its best, with smooth navigation and optimal product availability across all devices.
  • Integrate with Marketing: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align e-commerce initiatives with broader campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse performance metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. Provide insights to continually optimise our online presence.
  • Perfect Product Merchandising: Ensure the products are beautifully presented online, with accurate descriptions and competitive pricing.
  • Enhance UX: Continuously refine the user experience, from site design to content layout, implementing A/B testing to keep improving.
  • Optimise the Customer Journey: Develop strategies to enhance every stage of the customer journey, reducing cart abandonment and boosting engagement.
  • Manage Inventory & Orders: Coordinate with logistics to maintain accurate inventory, smooth order processing, and efficient fulfilment.
  • Oversee Platforms: Ensure our e-commerce platforms are up-to-date, secure, and integrated with the latest technology.
  • Expand Third-Party Presence: Optimise the presence on third-party platforms like Amazon, maintaining brand consistency and maximising sales.
  • Budget Wisely: Manage the e-commerce budget effectively to hit business targets.
  • Support Customers: Work with customer service to ensure every online shopper receives outstanding support.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to maintain the brand's competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce management, particularly in beauty, skincare, or luxury.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (a Master's is a plus). (preferred/ not essential)
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with platforms like Shopify or Magento, analytics tools, and digital marketing integrations.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • UX/UI Expertise: Experience in optimising user experiences to drive conversions.
  • Project Management Pro: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities, with a track record of delivering on time and on budget.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating across teams.
  • Innovative Mindset: Always looking for new ways to enhance the e-commerce experience.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptable: Ready to pivot as market conditions and business needs evolve.
