Trainee HR Advisor
What you will be doing:
-Assisting with all
HR
administration from onboarding to offboarding
-Being the first point of contacts for
HR
queries
-Supporting with
HR
best practice including polices, employment law and process
-Assisting the Senior
HR
Manager with employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries and performance management
- Supporting with training and recruitment activities
- Managing and updating the
HR
system including system audits and producing
HR
reports
-Ad hoc
HR
projects
