About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead their fundraising efforts. You will play a pivotal role in securing financial support from Trusts and Foundations, ensuring continued funding for a variety of essential programs and services. This role involves developing and managing relationships with donors, researching new funding opportunities, and crafting persuasive grant applications to generate income.

As part of a close-knit team, you will contribute to the charity's ambitious growth plans by leading on fundraising strategy for Trusts and Foundations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for securing transformative funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective Trusts and Foundations
  • Develop and submit compelling funding proposals to secure support
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with grant providers
  • Track and report on funding progress, ensuring accurate records
  • Collaborate with program managers to align funding needs with grant opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and maintain excellent stewardship

About You

  • Demonstrable experience in managing Trusts and Foundations fundraising
  • Excellent writing skills, with a track record of successful grant applications
  • Strong research abilities to identify potential new funding sources
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with funders and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Salary

  • £35591-£39,252 per annum
