Exciting role on offer for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic business in a period of high growth, working on technically advanced, bespoke façade projects, in a role with great career progression through to Commercial Management.

This bespoke building envelope company, established for over 17 years, has recently rebranded to expand its offerings to include consultancy, design, procurement, and installation services, handling projects up to £15 million. They have a number of projects in the pipeline and goals to increase turn over across the next 3 years, due to the increase in workload they're looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced Commercial department.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious company with clear growth plans and a strong foundation of legacy clients, providing an ideal platform for career development and personal success.
Working closely with the commercial manager of the business, you will be involved on projects from inception to completion, undertaking activities including but not limited to; Producing a Bill of Quantities, procurement of labour and material costs, Sub contractor management, CVR's reviews through to final accounts.
The ideal person will be a Quantity Surveyor with facades experience, ideally re cladding, looking to join a growing company where you will be encouraged to share your expertise to assist a company's growth and inevitable success.
The role
- Quantity Surveying
- Working on Facades projects in London (Mainly re cladding)
- Overseeing the cost control of projects up to £15M
- Working on projects for conception through to final accounts
The Person
- Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience working on high rise residential facades projects
- Motivated looking for progression to commercial management
- Able to commute to St Albans with sites in and around London
