JHP Recruitment are seeking a 'Recruitment Resourcer' for an expanding recruitment company based in central London.
You will join 3 Consultants in a very friendly and collaborative environment.
This role will suit anyone who may be looking to get into the recruitment industry for the first time or indeed, someone with prior recruitment experience.
You will need to have a confident and professional telephone manner and be willing to work to targets. THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINATELY TELEPHONE BASED.
Great communication skills are needed to liaise with not only candidates and clients but also, internal colleagues too.
You will need a confident personality and be willing to build relationships and ensure that you are keeping our candidates up to date on progress of job applications etc.

Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator
- Attract/source (through LinkedIn, job boards, etc) and screen/ interview potential applicants for open positions
- Advertise open positions on various job boards/ screen applications to select potential candidates for further interviewing. Initial phone or video interviews to assess the suitability of applicants for a job.
- Set up interviews. Sending out interview emails with full details for meeting.
- Input / update candidate information/ CVs on CRM
- Format CVs
- Input and send out employment references
- Answer calls, take details messages
Required
- Strong communication, listening and empathy
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Able to follow processes
- Chance to progress career to become a Recruitment Consultant, if so desired
This is a hybrid role with the hours being 9am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday with a minimum of 2 days (Wednesday/Thursday) in office.
