This Gloucester based law firm are looking to expand their conveyancing department due to continuous growth. They are looking for a Licensed conveyancer backed by relevant qualifications (SRA, CLC, or CILEx) with 2 + PQE.
Successful candidates must have previous experience, managing a full range of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, ensuring compliance with SDLT requirements and dealing with unregistered properties.
