Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Leith
£12-£15 per hour

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role supporting a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team to deliver care to people in a care setting
- Coordinating and allocating work tasks, ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with individual care plans
- Providing hands-on support to individuals with a variety of care needs
- Undertaking assessments and reviews of individual care plans
- Liaising with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress and well-being of clients
- Supporting with staff training, development, and supervision
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the social care sector
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working with individuals in a care setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care
