What will be expected from you?
- Deliver exceptional client care in managing client matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage case files efficiently by meeting deadlines, adhering to precedents, and preparing documents within the case management system
- Meet with clients and assist in completing public funding applications
- Organise, label, and index large document volumes
- Coordinate with local authorities, housing associations, and medical professionals to request and receive necessary documents
- Support in preparing hearing bundles
- Attend internal and client meetings, taking detailed notes as needed
- Perform ad hoc and related tasks as required
