Are you a good administrator who is comfortable talking to customers? We have a fantastic opportunity for a good all round co-ordinator who enjoys working as part of a busy team. This is a really friendly company to work for and they have a really interesting and diverse client base. You will be supporting the clients ensuring that all their needs are met and will need to be comfortable building relationships at all levels.
The role
This is a busy and varied role and responsibilities include:
- Day to day co-ordination of small number of clients, providing continuous high standard of account management and building ongoing customer relationships
- Working alongside internal teams to understand status of customer orders and provide client with regular updates
- Entering customer orders onto ERP system
- Dealing with issues arising, ensuring customers are advised of any delays or changes in a timely manner
The ideal candidate
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and pre-empt any potential customer or business issues
- Enjoys talking to people with excellent telephone manner and good written skills
- Enthusiastic, with a desire to learn and enjoys working as part of a team
- Confident IT skills including MS Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment
