We are currently seeking a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner for a superb Primary school, mainly in the. As a nursery practitioner, you will play a key role in assisting the pre-school team in providing a welcoming and engaging environment for children aged 3-4 years old. You will also have opportunities to run small intervention groups for children in Reception and KS1.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of daily activities and programs
- Providing support with meals, nap times, and personal care needs
- Liaising with parents and providing updates on children's progress and wellbeing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times
- Observing and assessing children's development and providing feedback to the pre-school team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a pre-school, nursery or EYFS setting
- A passion for working with young children and promoting their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and friendly approach to working as part of a team
