Accounts Assistant

Search consultancy are working exclusively with a business in Castleford to support in the recruitment of a finance administrator on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the finance manager you will be responsible for inputting invoices on to sage, raising sale invoices processing payments and associated credit control and filing, processing employee expenses and credit card expenses, assisting with ad hoc financial and business projects, and dealing with international invoicing and payments.
In order to be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills.
  • Thorough and high attention to detail.
  • IT Literate - Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a finance team or similar role.
  • Experience inputting data.
  • Commercial awareness.

Salary up to £27,000 dependant on experience
