Job Title: Credit Controller (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Located in the thriving Wrexham Industrial Estate, who are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join the finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Role Overview:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections. You will work closely with the finance and sales teams to maintain strong customer relationships and support the continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and collection progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any billing issues and improve processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
