- The preparation of monthly and year end accounts.
- Process invoices, payments and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Chase outstanding debts.
- Input bank expenses and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Complete VAT returns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
As an Accounts Assistant you will need...
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
