We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the Biggleswade area. The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with a passion for mathematics and a commitment to providing high-quality education. Experienced unqualified candidates with a strong track record may also be considered.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
  • A proven track record of delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
