TheroleinvolvesworkingwithintheMotorFinanceRecovery'sdepartment,mainlyassistinganexternalteamof Appointed Representatives in field based vehicle recoveries.
Main responsibilities
- InstructingcaseloadstogeographicallyAppointedRepresentatives
- ActingasagobetweenforLendersandtheircustomersonceacasehasbeenterminatedusinganunderstanding of FCA guidance
- AssessingandreviewinglivecaseloadstoensureaTCFbasedresultforourlender
- Tracingabscondedindividualsandassessingthenextstepsforacase
- Workingwithlocallysourcedexternalrecoverycompaniesandusingskilltomanageabudgettoenableaprofitable outcome for all stake holders
- Answeringinboundcallsandcalling/texting/emailstocustomers
- Aspartofyourrole,youwillberesponsibleforsupportingandpromoting theQualityManagementSystemas guided by Senior Management
