A great new opportunity is available for an SME Account Handler to join this good independent insurance broker based in Worsley.
As SME Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling renewals and midterm adjustments for clients, ensuring that an excellent service is always provided and that you secure the requisite cover at the best possible rates. Premiums that you will deal with will typically range from anything at £100 up to policies worth £10k.
The SME Account Handler opportunity will suit an individual with a good grounding and experience in commercial insurance, handling a mix of commercial lines policies on behalf of an SME client range.
Along with the right experience you will need to be a well organised individual with excellent communication skills and the drive to provide the best service you possibly can.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience within commercial insurance broking, either as an established SME Account Handler or a good grounding in the industry.
- Have experience of and be able to demonstrate good knowledge of a range of different commercial insurance products.
- Experience using the Acturis platform would be great and will aid in your success in the role.
- Be well organised, with effective time management skills.
- A strong negotiator and good communicator, priding yourself on delivering a great level of service to all clients.
