Description

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:

  • Monitoring the accounts inbox
  • Manage financial transactions and records
  • Inputting invoices onto SAP - Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Producing driver timesheets
  • General administration
  • Support with H&S
  • Managing supplier portals for orders
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
  • Assist the senior staff members with various tasks.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Previous strong finance administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
  • Excellent organisational abilities.
