Key responsibilities of the Risk and Compliance Analyst
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing risk and compliance vulnerabilities and implementing controls to mitigate these vulnerabilities
- Developing and initiating compliance policies and procedures
- Developing corrective action plans and guidance to identify future risk and compliance vulnerabilities
Key skills required of the Risk and Compliance Analyst
- Experience assessing and implementing risk and compliance processes within a business
- Sound knowledge of financial laws, regulations and policies relating to the financial services industry
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, adept at communicating at all levels of the business
