One of my well established clients is currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy department in Gravesend. This is a varied role covering all aspects of private client work.
For this role you will need to have experience and knowledge within estate and care planning, will writing, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, trusts administration, probate and inheritance tax planning.
The ideal candidate will have good private client knowledge, be able to manage your own caseload with minimal support and have the ability to meet deadlines. A STEP qualification would be preferred but not essential.
