Are you an Electrician or Electrical Engineer with fluency in Spanish looking for a technical support role with a work life balance off the tools?

You will play an integral part in the technical support team, acting as the first line of technical support for clients / distributors in South America. The majority of the role will be based near Crawley, with some infrequent visits to client sites, to support with training and troubleshooting.

This position would suit an Electrician or Electrical Engineer who is fluent in Spanish and who is looking to get off the tools, but still wants to be driven by technical challenges and at times, wants to dip their toes back into hands on duties.
DUTIES
- Provide first line technical support to clients and distributors in South America
- Training and development, with a clear scope to progress technically further
- Infrequently support with onsite client training and some specific troubleshooting in the UK.
PERSON
- Electrical Engineer or Electrician - holds some sort of electrical qualification, level 2 and above
- Has examples of identify faults and providing solutions
- Spanish speaking fluency
