Temporary, Full Time - FTC up to 12 Months

Full-time - 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Change team on a fixed term basis (up to 12 months) to provide analysis and insight as part of the Change & Transformation strategy for Saffron. You will be working as part of the team on multiple projects to enable the successful delivery of transformational change for the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Have a structured approach to problem definition, define and evaluate improvement initiatives and implement selected solutions.
  • Lead change implementation activities, providing steering and guidance to teams and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage and coordinate resolution of data quality issues.
  • Document and develop tracking and analysis of targeted benefits information for a change intervention.
  • Lead end to end process redesign including facilitating Value steam mapping workshops, evaluating requirements for supporting systems, piloting potential solutions and developing Implementation plans.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree level academic qualification or equivalent level of skill and experience.
  • Data driven with the ability to work creatively and display strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mind set.
  • Has experience and understanding of using lean techniques or similar process review techniques (DMAIC/Six Sigma).
  • Has experience & understanding of Agile or PRINCE2 project management methodology and techniques.
  • Researches best practices and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of manipulating databases and reporting.
  • Well developed, proven change management skills, highly adaptable, organised and with an ability to plan and set up systems to monitor multiple tasks and projects.
  • Relationship builder and networker - approachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
