We are seeking a dedicated Legal Support Specialist to manage a diverse caseload involving wills, amendments, probate, trusts, Court of Protection, and lasting power of attorney.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle your caseload
- Collaborate closely with the head of the department
- Manage billing for your caseload
- Attend deathbed wills in clients' homes or hospitals (may require out-of-office hours)
- Draft and manage all correspondence related to assigned cases

Additional Information:
- Probationary Period: 3 months
- Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm (1-hour lunch break) Friday: 9am to 4:30pm
