I have an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join my client in High Wycombe on a 12-month fixed term assignment.

Description

  • Manage assets and reports in Excel (pivot tables etc)
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs.
  • Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials.
  • Create and analyse stock reports.
  • Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report.
  • Liaise between other internal teams within the business.

Profile

  • AAT Level 4 (minimum)
  • Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
  • Experience in administrative finance
  • Accurate attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
  • Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers.
  • A reliable person who can work effectively as part of team.
