We are seeking enthusiastic and committed French and Spanish Language Teachers to join our team across various schools in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to make a significant impact in language education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in French or Spanish to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement creative and interactive teaching strategies to promote language learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for language learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language curriculum and participate in extracurricular language activities.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language education trends.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in French or Spanish, with strong subject knowledge and teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to learn and enjoy French or Spanish.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
