An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an independent Retail travel agent as a Cruise Travel Consultant, based on the Wirral. You will be selling holidays to the UK, Europe and all over the world Face to face in a retail travel shop and lovely upmarket town. Salary is up to £30k depending on experience
The successful candidate will be driven and worked in a travel sales role recently with Cruise knowledge .
As a Cruise Retail Travel consultant you will:
- Sell Cruise holidays face to face and over the phone ranging from Mediterranean to long haul cruising holidays
- Up sell additional extras and suggest those that complement the customers package
- Switch selling of sold out destinations or holidays
- Tailor make packages to the clients needs
- Sell a full range of suitable cruise companies
Cruise Retail Travel consultant Skills required:
- Travel sales experience working for a Travel company
- Target driven and determination to succeed
- Excellent telephone manner with excellent customer service
- Ability and experience of dealing with the affluent clientele
- Experience of selling Cruise holidays
Other info :
- Full time or 4 days available, no Saturdays, occasional Saturdays or rota Saturdays available ( 2 in 4)
- Working hours 9am - 5pm
- No Sundays and no Bank holidays
- 5 weeks holiday allowance
- Parking available or close to train station
- Educational' s each year
