Client Details

My client is a large housing association based in Birmingham who are looking for an administrator to join their team either on a part time or full time basis.

Description

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues

Profile

  • Experience as an Administrator is essential
  • Great Communication skills
  • Can work well in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Can commute to Birmingham
