Lawrence Harvey is searching for a Dayforce Change Manager to come and assist our large client who is underway with a Global Dayforce Transformation. As a Change Manager, you will lead the change management initiatives associated with the implementation and adoption of the Dayforce HCM system. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy that ensures a smooth transition to Dayforce, fosters user adoption, and minimises disruption to business operations.
This is a contract for an initial 6 months with extension highly likely beyond this, and is paying roughly £550 per day Outside IR35.
This is a hybrid role with one day per week in Berkshire.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in HR or payroll system implementations.
- Strong understanding of the Dayforce HCM platform and its modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing change in large-scale system implementations.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for system users.
- Dayforce specific Change Management experience
