Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients to gain insight into their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and attract top legal talent for placement in law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Perform candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications and suitability for a variety of legal roles.
- Oversee candidate placements and support smooth onboarding and integration into their new legal roles.
- Keep informed on industry trends and market conditions to offer strategic guidance to clients and candidates.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline and enhance the recruitment process for optimal efficiency.
- Offer advice and assistance to candidates during the recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiating job offers.
- Ensure that candidate interactions and placements are accurately recorded and regularly updated in the recruitment database.
Key Experiences
- Demonstrated prior experience in legal recruitment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, practices, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal job market and current trends in the legal industry.
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
