Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and measure detailed components and assemblies upon receipt
- Validate conformance to drawing, specification, and contractual requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment and high housekeeping standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and understand standard specifications
- Utilise various inspection tools, including CMM and specialised equipment
- Review and create First Article reports with knowledge of AS9102
- Inspect and measure various types of components and assemblies
- Support quality and manufacturing investigations on non-conforming products
Job Requirements:
- Experience in quality inspection, especially Goods Received Inspection
- Trained eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Knowledge and comprehension of quality standards
- Ability to program CMM is advantageous
- Sound logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, especially with suppliers
