Senior Lettings Administrator

Our client, an established and successful Estate Agency based in a high end area of North West London, is looking to recruit a motivated Senior Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team. The office is located on a busy, popular high street, well connected via three different train lines.

Typical tasks will include:

  • Managing the smooth running of the lettings process for a high end portfolio of residential properties
  • Updating property details, tenancy agreements and sales memorandums onto software
  • Management of keys for properties
  • Liaising with tenants & landlords on a regular basis
  • Arranging inventories, check-in and check-out reports
  • Liaising with contractors regarding refurbishments/repairs for properties
  • Renewals and new tenancy agreements
  • Arranging relevant Gas, EPC certificates
  • Registering and de-registering deposits on TDS
  • Assisting with Office Management duties

Key skills:

  • Minimum three years' experience in a property/lettings administration position
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Highly organized, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team
